This option allows you to select automatic sequence execution, allowing the operator to prepare the next item while the sequence executes.

For full security this solution includes fixed shielding on the sides and in the back. The front is supplied with sliding drawers with a safety switch that ensure that the doors are closed before the sequence is started.

The control is supplied with a key switch, where you can choose between manual and automatic sequence execution. In manual mode, the machine can be operated with the front doors open.

Front doors and side cover are supplied with 4 mm transparent polycarbonate plate.

This option allows you to select automatic sequence execution, allowing the operator to prepare the next item while the sequence executes.

The function allows for a more controlled pressing process. Set different speeds depending on the ram’s position.

For example, the press can be set to run 8mm/s for the first 100mm of the press stroke and then 5mm/s until the press reaches the planned stop.
The maximum tonnage can also be set via the control panel, so the ram returns when the desired force has been achieved
